Talento is seeking a Managing Director in Caracas to lead our talent solutions practice, drive growth, and shape the market. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from business development to successful placements, building strategic relationships and leading a high-performing team.

You will manage revenue, profitability, and client outcomes while expanding services and enhancing delivery through market intelligence and strong leadership.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, staffing, or talent solutions, with a proven track record owning the full 360° business and recruiting lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching recruiting professionals.
• Experience managing team performance and driving productivity and profitability.
• 2+ years of owning complex customer relationships and expanding accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development by identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities and building strategic prospect relationships.
• Expand customer partnerships by strengthening existing relationships and expanding searches and services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team and align resources for delivery.
• Own practice performance and P&L with accountability for revenue, gross profit, and profitability.
