We are a US-based marketing company, and we’re expanding our team and seeking talented Call Center Agents who are passionate about sales and personal growth.
What We Offer
- Flexible Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6 hours/day with a 1.5-hours break.
- Competitive Pay Structure:
Base Salary: $300/month (paid biweekly).
- Commissions:
Tier 1: $10 per demo (client receives a price quote but doesn't sign).
$30 per sale (client receives a quote and signs).
- Tier 2 (once you meet production goals):
$20 per demo (client receives a price quote but doesn't sign).
$50 per sale (client receives a quote and signs).
- Bonuses: $100 for every two sales in a month!
- Earning Potential: $600–$1,000+ per month, with room for significant growth based on performance.
- Ongoing Training: Enhance your skills with off-schedule training sessions, especially during the early stages of your journey with us.
- Supportive Environment: Work closely with our experienced Department Managers and grow alongside a dynamic team.
Your Role
- Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients from cold lists and convert them into qualified leads.
- Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to sharpen your skills and stay ahead.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly update the Department Manager on client interactions and results.
What We’re Looking For
- English Proficiency: Advanced level (B2/C1/C2) with excellent comprehension and minimal accent. Familiarity with American-English slang is essential.
- Tech Requirements:
Stable internet connection (audio test required).
Modern PC (minimum 6GB RAM, Windows 10 or 11/macOS).
Proficiency in collaborative tools like Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Quiet Workspace: Dedicated setup with noise-cancelling headsets.
