We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving corporate sales and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should possess a higher education degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing, with a specialization in these fields being desirable.


Requirements
  1. Higher education in the relevant field: Education in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing Specializations is desirable.
  2. Expertise in Investment Management, Business Analysis, Product Development, Marketing and Sales.
  3. Candidates with an existing customer base are preferred.
  4. Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English language.
  5. Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook programs), and familiarity with 1C software.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.
  7. Ability to meet set goals and deadlines.
  8. Strong independent work ethic and time management skills.
  9. Proactive in personal and professional development.
  10. Accurate, disciplined, and responsible in all work tasks.
  11. Proficient in conducting sales and market analysis.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate customers, promote the company’s products, and actively seek out new customers by directly engaging with them and providing information about our services.
  2. Conduct regular analysis to assess the level of customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Provide suggestions to management on addressing any identified deficiencies.
  3. Conduct market research and study customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  4. Organize and execute sales activities, including making cold calls, scheduling meetings, and delivering presentations.
  5. Work in alignment with the company’s sales strategy to achieve set sales targets and objectives.
  6. Increase the customer base by proposing and implementing strategies to attract new customers.
  7. Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on work progress directly to the manager.
