Role Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish and English) highly organized, detail-oriented professional to handle full-cycle talent acquisition and compliance. This role focuses on recruiting top talent for field teams, ensuring all hiring documentation and legal requirements are met, and supporting our onboarding process for new employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for field positions
• Conduct interviews and coordinate background checks & drug screenings
• Manage onboarding documentation to meet state and federal compliance standards
• Maintain a talent pipeline to support staffing needs across multiple markets
• Liaise with operations to ensure timely placement of staff
• Create, implement, and enforce standardized hiring and compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms and digital documentation tools
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in the U.S.
