Role

As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by:

1. Creating wow-worthy transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
2. Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling DREAMY and confident.
3. Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.
4. Uphold Our Values: Be committed to safety, excellence, and providing outstanding customer service.

We'd Feel ELECTRIC If You Have

1. Formal qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
2. Laser Safety Officer Certificate: While we prefer candidates with this certification, it’s not a dealbreaker if you don’t have it yet! We’ll support the successful candidate in obtaining this certification.
3. Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
4. Commitment to Professionalism: Be punctual, organised, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
5. Passion for the Beauty Industry: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
6. Customer Service and Sales Focus: A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.
