Massage Heights Indianapolis is seeking an ARD to lead Retreat operations, drive sales, and coach hourly teams. You’ll set the standard, meet and exceed sales targets, and create a service-driven environment that makes guests feel valued.

With 2+ years in sales and retail management, you’ll mentor staff, build guest loyalty, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers strong compensation and clear growth opportunities for top performers.

Formación

• At least 2 years of sales + retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead hourly teams and drive results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• People-first mindset with exceptional guest service instincts.
• Solid computer skills and comfort with standard software.

Compensation: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
