Role Description

The Asistente de ventas Online USA is a full-time, on-site role based in Caracas. This position supports online sales operations for the USA market by assisting team leader. Day-to-day tasks include managing online listings on different platforms such as Company's web site, walmart.com, amazon and TikTok. The role also involves updating customer databases, organizing documentation, and supporting promotional campaigns and sales initiatives as needed. Meetings with service providers is also an important part of the Job.

Qualifications

• Last year or recently graduated engineers or similar careers.
• Strong knowledge of online platforms, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Disciplined and focused, some of the work requires precise errorless definition.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.
• Online Sales skills with the capacity to identify customer needs, present solutions, and support closing online sales.
• Organization skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and prioritize daily activities.
• Comfort working with online sales platforms, CRM systems, and basic office software tools.
• Previous experience in online sales, retail, or customer support is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Caracas and collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
