Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team across a on-site facility. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while implementing process improvements and coordinating with other managers.

This entry-level management role focuses on developing people and mastering operations to keep pace with demand. You'll work a rotating shifts schedule, including weekends and holidays, with overtime during peak seasons, in a fast-paced environment that values

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA).

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity
• Lead a team and handle administrative work while building team culture
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize operations
