You’ll review model outputs, rate responses, and contribute to prompt development to push coding capabilities and AI accuracy. This is a flexible remote opportunity with performance incentives and a 1099 contract setup.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
