- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
- Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.
- Have specialized training or certification in document authentication.
- Understand relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Be proficient in online platforms, digital tools, and document management systems.
- Demonstrate meticulousness in verifying document authenticity.
- Excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
