Job summary

Jade Global, Inc. is seeking a Zuora Revenue Consultant in the San Jose area with 2–5+ years in application support or SaaS implementations. The role focuses on rapid issue analysis, Zuora Revenue/Payments expertise, and strong API integration skills.

You will work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve critical bugs and contribute to knowledge base documentation for the Zuora Community.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in application support, technical consulting, or SaaS implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred) and API troubleshooting (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of data and object models; experience with revenue-related processes is a plus.
• Deep Zuora Revenue/CPQ knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce or SAP.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, accurate analysis of production issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues within Zuora Revenue and Payments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Zuora functionality including Product Catalog, Bill Runs, and Payment Runs; manage APIs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Zuora Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, and external integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams to resolve complex bugs.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for the Zuora Community.
