Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a Part-Time Group Exercise-Zumba/Dance Fitness Instructor to safely lead members in energizing group workouts, designed to boost fitness and endurance. You will prepare music, monitor form, offer modifications, and ensure equipment and room readiness for each session.

A certification in the Group Exercise program and CPR/first aid are required; experience with audio gear is a plus.

Formación

• Knowledge of safe dance exercise technique and group exercise principles.
• Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics.
• Ability to perform a variety of exercise routines.
• Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment.
• Certification required in the Group Exercise Instructor's program(s).
• Current CPR certification and basic first aid training required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Group Exercise-Zumba/Dance Fitness classes safely and encourage proper form.
• Prepare class music and ensure it is appropriate for the routine.
• Monitor participants and offer exercise variations for different fitness levels.
• Ensure room and equipment are set up and ready before and after class.
• Remain dependable with class schedules and assist with substitutions when needed.
