Job summary

EY’s Zscaler Engineering Manager role is based in the United States with a hybrid work model. You will oversee deployment, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across the enterprise, collaborating with multiple IT and security teams to ensure secure, compliant network operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in network security, deep Zscaler knowledge (ZIA/ZPA), and strong incident response skills, plus familiarity with cloud platforms and IAM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 and related compliance.
• Knowledge of IAM, encryption, and security policies.
• Certifications such as ZCCP or CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
