Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator in Dallas, Texas to manage ZIA and ZPA environments, ensuring the implementation of security policies and Zero Trust architecture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network troubleshooting and identity management, working closely with SOC teams to monitor security threats and manage secure access solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Zscaler platforms and integration with Active Directory and cloud services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Zscaler environments (ZIA & ZPA).
• Configure and maintain security policies including URL filtering and malware protection.
• Implement Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access models.
• Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta.
• Troubleshoot network, authentication, and application access issues.
• Monitor logs and security alerts for threats.
• Support VPN to ZPA and proxy to ZIA migrations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator with strong expertise in Zero Trust security, network troubleshooting, and cloud security integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ZIA and ZPA platforms, implementing security policies, and supporting enterprise-scale secure access solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Zscaler environments (ZIA & ZPA)
• Configure and maintain security policies (URL filtering, application access, malware protection)
• Implement Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access models
• Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta (SSO/MFA)
• Troubleshoot network, authentication, and application access issues
• Monitor logs, traffic, and security alerts for threats and violations
• Support VPN to ZPA and proxy to ZIA migrations
• Configure secure connectivity using PAC, GRE, IPSec, and Client Connector
• Work with SOC teams for incident investigation and resolution
