Job summary

Zohorecruit client seeks an experienced SAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant to support a critical finance initiative within a regulated DoD environment. The role collaborates with finance and IT to deliver configuration and enhancements across FI, CO and SAP modules, with PMMO experience considered a nice-to-have.

US citizenship required for DoD eligibility. You will lead workshops, manage a team, and drive on-time delivery while mentoring staff and maintaining executive relationships.

Qualifications

SAP FICO Functional Lead- Remote with some travel

We are seeking an experienced Principal levelSAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant to support a critical SAP finance initiative within a highly regulated DOD/A & D environment. This role will partner with finance and IT teams to deliver configuration, enhancements, specializing in FICO, SCM implementation and support across core financial processes. Implementation is also including PMMO so that experience is a "Nice to have"

Responsible for the full lifecycle implementation of FI, CO, and associated SAP modules from sales pursuit to post-implementation support

Specializes in SAP package solutions and their functional capabilities, using them to address business requirements, reduce costs, and improve operational visibility.

Also to work as an Associate Practice Lead for the Client's SAP FICO Group.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Proven experience in team management and software project execution
• Solid technical knowledge in package applications
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
