RoleOverview

Weare seeking an experienced SAP Lead to own end-to-end solution delivery andsupport across Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), QualityManagement (QM), Materials Management (MM), Supply Chain Management (SCM),Human Capital Management (HCM).

Thisrole supports complex manufacturing environments with a strong focus onintegration between SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), Manufacturing Execution Systems(Solumina), Product Lifecycle Management (Siemens Teamcenter), and othernon-SAP systems. The SAP Lead serves as a trusted partner to businessstakeholders, providing functional leadership across build, integrate, and runoperations.

KeyResponsibilities

SAPFunctional & Solution Support

• ProvideSAP PP, PM, QM, MM, SCM, and HCM solution design and delivery acrossmanufacturing and supply chain processes
• Actas functional design lead and ensure alignment with SAP best practices - Overseeenhancements, testing, deployments, and upgrades
• Partnerwith business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAPsolutions

MES,PLM & Non-SAP Integration

• Leadand govern integration between SAP and Solumina MES for shop floor executionand manufacturing data exchange.
• SupportSAP integration with Siemens Teamcenter for engineering BOMs, product changes,and master data alignment.
• Ensureend-to-end data integrity, traceability, and system reliability acrossintegrated platforms

ProductionSupport & Operations Leadership

Ownsteady-state SAP production support across manufacturing and supply chaindomains

• Ensuresystem stability, performance, and business continuity in a 24x7 environment.
• Leadincidents, problems, and change management processes using ServiceNow.
• Driveroot cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serveas SAP workstream or solution lead on SAP upgrades, S/4HANA transformations,and development/enhancement projects

Client-Facing& Stakeholder Engagement

• Hands-onexperience with MES integration, preferably Solumina
• Workingknowledge of Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM platforms
• Strongclient-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experienceworking in manufacturing or industrial environments

PreferredQualifications

• S/4HANAimplementation or migration experience
• Industrybackground in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, or Discrete Manufacturing
