Job summary

Zohorecruit in Jacksonville, USA seeks a seasoned TechOps & SRE Lead Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and reliability initiatives. You will design scalable AWS environments, drive automation, and lead a cross-functional TechOps team to ensure continuous uptime.

Role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on incident management, security, and compliance while mentoring engineers and setting performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years leading SRE technical teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
