Job Title: Principal Software Engineer-IAM

PositionSummary:

ThePrincipal Software Engineer is responsible for identification and developmententerprise solutions.

• Design, architect, and implement secure authenticationand authorization solutions using Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles to enableSingle Sign-On (SSO) and secure access for internal and externalapplications, platforms, and APIs.
  
• Lead the implementation of modern identity standards , including OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth2.0, supporting a variety of use cases such as web applications,mobile applications, B2B integrations, and service-to-servicecommunication.
  
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations withOkta , enabling applicationonboarding, federation, and secure access to protected resources inalignment with organizational identity standards.
  
• Partner closely with architecture, platform, security,and product teams to defineand evolve standard authentication and authorization patterns, ensuringconsistency, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
  
• Document identity architectures, integration patterns,and operational guidance ,enabling development teams and platform teams to efficiently onboardapplications and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
  
• Responsible for one or more applications, working withBusiness Systems Manager and Business Analyst counterparts on planning anddelivering code changes to production, ensuring teams work on schedule
  
• Provide business and project expertise whencollaborating with clients, IT resources, vendors, consultants and otherstakeholders to identify the user requirements, assess technologies,recommend and implement technical solutions.
  
• Responsible for source code development; createtechnical documentation; utilize software configuration, version andquality management processes.
  
• Responsible for unit testing, performance tuning,defect remediation during testing, and deployment planning
  
• Participate in Production Support Escalation ifnecessary for high-severity issues within their application domain

Educationand Experience

• Master’s degree in a technical field + 3 years of workexperience or bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 5 years relatedexperience.

• Experience developing software for the US mortgageindustry.
