Zohorecruit in San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Sr Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead to own system design and AI-driven initiatives. This on-site role collaborates with product managers, medical writers, and customer success to translate complex requirements into scalable backend solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Python backend experience, GenAI/LLM expertise, and cloud deployment know-how. Interview stages include 3-4 rounds with a take-home code assessment.

Formación

• 3+ years backend development with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.).
• Experience building GenAI applications, complex prompt engineering, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and RAG.
• Experience deploying/scaling containerized applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to reason through ambiguous requirements and execute quickly without extensive oversight.

SF/Bay Area, California working at a Software Development for Pharma Startup.

The Scope/Responsibilities of Role:

• System Design: Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems in a production environment.
• AI Implementation: Rapidly learning and applying new techniques in LLM development (fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering).
• Collaboration: Working across teams including product managers, medical writers, and customer success to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Must Have Skills for Role:
