Job description

Position Purpose

Support the Phoenix Raceway branded Show Car and/or Pace Car at Phoenix Raceway public appearances as a member of the ZoomCrew Event Team. Represent the Phoenix Raceway brand responsibly to current and prospective customers. This is a temporary seasonal position; hours depend on the appearance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transport the Show Car Hauler to and from a variety of events.
• Assist in the set up and tear down of the display, including loading and unloading of the Show Car in and out of the hauler.
• Ensure the car is clean and properly displayed at events.
• Actively collect prospects for future email campaigns.
• Be an expert on the products and services offered by Phoenix Raceway.
• Assist with a variety of Event Experience activations on March and/or November race weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently living in Arizona.
• Post‑high‑school education required or equivalent experience.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Special Position Requirements

• May require some out-of-town travel.
• CDL licensed required.
