Vanessa Carlson Fitness is hiring high-energy, professional Zoom Personal Trainers to work with clients across the country. This is a premium remote training opportunity for trainers who love coaching, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional virtual experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic personalities who can motivate, connect, and lead sessions with confidence on camera.

This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling and nationwide client reach.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1-on-1 and small group personal training sessions via Zoom
• Coach clients with professionalism, warmth, and energy
• Maintain a high-end virtual training experience
• Create accountability and long-term client relationships
• Represent the Vanessa Carlson Fitness brand with excellence

Requirements

• Personal training certification OR degree in exercise science/kinesiology OR equivalent experience
• Strong communication and on-camera presence
• Enthusiastic, positive personality
• Reliable internet and Zoom proficiency
• A clean, professional workout space suitable for virtual coaching
• Ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels

If you are not certified, we will provide certification pathways for the right candidate.

Pay

$40–$60 per hour based on experience and performance

Interview Process

We hold weekly Zoom group interviews every Tuesday. Candidates will also be asked to show their workout space during the interview process.
