What you can expect

Zoom is seeking an Account Executive with experience in Contact Center/CX sales to promote our Zoom Customer Experience Platform in Germany. The role involves partnering with account executives and Zoom channel partners to prospect new opportunities, expand the sales funnel, and execute sales plans. This position supports teams selling CX solutions across various sectors in Germany.

About the Team

The Zoom CX sales team focuses on promoting awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management. You will act as a passionate market evangelist within Zoom's customer base and prospects, framing our offerings around desired customer outcomes. Your mission is to help customers re-imagine their customer and agent experiences by leveraging AI to deliver personalized, prescriptive, and proactive solutions.

Location

South of Germany, including Munich and Stuttgart.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualify leads and perform needs assessments, engaging technical resources as needed
  • Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
  • Proactively attract new customers and initiate CX conversations
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, managing large, complex sales situations and campaigns
  • Partner with Zoom Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
  • Experience with business account management, territory planning, and delivering commercial models
  • Develop go-to-market co-sell strategies with internal teams and partners
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams on Contact Center integrations and roadmap requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken German at a native speaker level
