Job summary

SeaWorld in Orlando seeks enthusiastic Ambassadors to support zoological animal care and public education programs. You will assist with training sessions, perform daily husbandry tasks, prepare food, and maintain clean habitats, all while engaging guests with informative presentations and safety-minded practices.

Applicants should demonstrate strong verbal communication, comfort speaking to large groups, and CPR certification; scuba certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Willingness to speak to large groups on stage during presentations.
• CPR training/certification required or provided.
• SCUBA certification preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain company license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Biology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training sessions across zoological areas.
• Perform daily animal husbandry tasks and prepare food.
• Maintain safe and sanitary habitats and records.
• Engage with guests and answer inquiries during appearances.
• Support educational presentations and public speaking efforts.
• Observe animals and report abnormalities to supervision.
• Operate with safety procedures and guidelines.
