  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and consistency across client portfolios.
  • Maintain and develop visual identities for a range of clients.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and pitch presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our output continually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering professional design projects within an agency or life-sciences environment.
  • 2 + years’ commercial experience preferred.
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects desirable), and familiarity with Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, typography, layout, UX, and UI principles.
  • The capacity to articulate and visualise complex or scientific information effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements (desirable)

  • Skills in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Working knowledge of web/front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
