The Fort Worth Zoo invites applicants for a Weekday Zoo School educator role. You will teach and assist with preparing for weekday zoo school programs and education events, working with a developmentally diverse group of students.
You’ll also assist in preparing educational programming as needed. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education (in progress or completed) and 1–3 years of early-childhood teaching experience preferred.
This position assists with preparing and teaching for the Fort Worth Zoo’s Weekday Zoo School program. This position will also prepare and teach educational programming as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
