SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our catering team at Riverbanks Zoo & Garden in Columbia, SC. You will oversee daily food service operations, staff scheduling, safety, quality, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining standards set by the operations team.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of quick service management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests.

• Coach and train staff, manage performance and conduct preshift briefings.
