Qualifications

• Proficient in English with reasonable spelling/grammar.
• Two years of office/clerical experience preferred.
• Comfortable making phone calls to officials.

Responsibilities

• Request and retrieve property documents from municipalities.
• Maintain client status logs and project database.
• Keep files organized and track municipality contacts.

Skills

Proficient in oral and written English language

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
