Job summary

SBA Communications seeks a zoning analyst to support site development and due diligence for towers across municipalities. You will research codes, prepare zoning applications, and coordinate with jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of zoning and land use experience with municipal authorities.
• Customer service/administrative support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate zoning applications and hearings for sites.
• Research Code of Ordinances across municipalities.
• Prepare zoning analyses and due diligence for M&A towers.
• Maintain zoning documentation and respond to inquiries.
• Create forms to track status of sites and coordinate with jurisdictions.
