Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for zoning inquiries and provide guidance on use, setbacks, and regulations.
• Assist with updates to the Unified Development Code and zoning determinations.

• Represent the Zoning Division at meetings and community outreach events.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and monitor workloads to meet performance goals.
