Job Opportunities

The Township of Hampton is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer.

This position works under the Land Use Administrator and performs professional, administrative, and technical work enforcing the Township’s Zoning, Property Maintenance, Stormwater, and Noise Ordinances, as well as reviewing permits for zoning compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in planning, public administration, or a related field and one (1) year of professional experience. The Township will take into consideration any equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the required knowledge and skills to perform essential functions of the position.

Salary range for the position is between $40,000 and $60,000, depending upon qualifications of the chosen candidate.
