Qualifications

• Two years' experience in zoning or related field.
• In-depth understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including virtual.
• Proficient with GIS or similar software is preferred.
