Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Zone Warehouse Material Handler - Order Selector in Charlotte, NC.

You will receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory using a Warehouse Management System and operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and readiness to work in varied temperatures, with an 10:30am–7:30pm shift and starting pay of $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift varying loads in a warehouse environment.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with WMS process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack LTL shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety inspections.
