Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist in Waynesboro, Virginia. You will assist customers and help maintain the store appearance, with a focus on your assigned zone. The role covers customer service, merchandising, and daily store upkeep, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

You’ll support promotions, assist with receiving and pricing, and help train new Associates. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities:
