Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance, with a focus on their assigned zone.

You will handle merchandising, answer questions about current promotions, support donation programs, receive trucks, price items, and train new associates, while keeping your zone neat and organized.

Position Overview:

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
