Job summary

TrueNorth is seeking a Zone Manager to lead retail store teams across an assigned area, driving sales and improving operational efficiency. You will implement improvement plans for shrink control, inventory management, operating costs, and labor optimization while coaching store management to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include store audits, cash and lottery verification, loss investigations, wage-hour compliance, and developing managers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide store teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and optimize store operations.
• Experience with inventory control, shrink reduction, and cost management.
• Proficient with EPOS systems and point-of-sale reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store teams within an assigned area.
• Drive sales by focusing on guest experience and service quality.
• Monitor and improve labor, costs, and efficiency across stores.
• Conduct store audits, cash handling, and loss-prevention activities.
• Support recruitment and development of store managers and staff.
• Review reports and take action to improve KPIs and GMROII.
