Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking a Zone Manager in Chapel Hill, NC to oversee custodial and related operations for multiple accounts across the region. You will work with on-site Supervisors and Managers to ensure service quality and achieve financial targets, traveling locally as required.

Strong leadership, communication, and a background in custodial contracting are essential. A college degree is preferred, with progressive management experience and solid computer literacy.

Job Objective:

HES Facilities is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as Area Manager to support our regional account base that specialized in custodial services for businesses. The position will be responsible for providing operational support through disciplines that may include custodial services, event management, etc. The position will include close contact with the customer, on-site Supervisors and Managers, and the employees. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that that will translate into solid financial results for HES Facilities. This position will oversee multiple accounts which will require local travel.
