TheZone Maintenance Mechanic I performs inspection, maintenance and repair work on building systems and components. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of various technologies, including electrical, carpentry, mechanical and plumbing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years related work experience in all aspects of building repairs using carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills. The full-time equivalent spent in trades programs may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical, carpentry, mechanical and plumbing techniques, procedures and materials

Salary Range: Minimum$26.96/hour - Maximum$ 31.30/hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
