The Zone Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing, either directly or through delegation, work defined as zone maintenance within assigned facilities. Supervises zone maintenance specialists and coordinates with tenants and other Facilities groups performing other maintenance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years related work experience in all aspects of building repairs using carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.

Salary Range: Minimum$26.96/hour - Maximum$ 31.30/hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
