Lancaster Campus is looking for an experienced Zone Supervisor to oversee the property’s maintenance staff and ensure the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves various tasks including scheduling maintenance projects, managing repairs, and ensuring tenant relations are maintained effectively.

Formación

• High school diploma required, additional education preferred.
• HVAC and electrical certifications required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
• Manage maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Handle tenant relations and report problems to General Manager.

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate instructions accurately

Educación

High school diploma

HVAC certification

Certification in electrical (commercial and residential)

Universal certification to be obtained within one year of hire
