Qualifications

• High school diploma required, additional education preferred.
• HVAC and electrical certifications required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
• Manage maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Handle tenant relations and report problems to General Manager.

Education

HVAC certification
