Hydro Extrusions in North America is seeking a Zone Leader to coordinate with work cells and departments to meet production requirements and customer needs. The role reports to the Fabrication Manager and emphasizes cost efficiency, quality, and personnel outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year machine operator experience in a production cell and 2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with basic math skills and English communication ability.

The Zone Leader coordinates with other work cells and departments to meet production requirements of the company and needs of the customers, with accountability for results in terms of costs, methods, quality, quality of production, operations, and personnel. This position will report to the Fabrication Manager.
