Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Logan, Utah, is seeking a production supervisor to oversee all shift employees, ensure safety, and optimize manufacturing flow.

This role requires coordinating with multiple functions to meet customer requirements and enforcing established procedures on the production floor. You will train staff, plan and direct work, and address complaints while ensuring compliance and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production shift employees; carry out supervisory responsibilities per the organization's policies; train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Supervising departments (North Building): Drill, Drill Inspect, Electroless, VCP, NCVF.

Education and/or Experience

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
