Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to manage flow, coordinate with multiple departments, and enforce process compliance on all shifts.

The role requires leading a team, ensuring quality, and upholding safety standards in a high-volume PCB manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train and develop personnel across off-shift operations at our Logan, Utah

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supervising production teams preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manages production flow and coordinates with other functional groups to meet customer requirements.
  • Enforces process compliance and safety standards.
  • Supervises all off-shift personnel; trains and directs staff.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities per company policies, including planning and directing work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises all production shift employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
