Job Title: Zoho Implementation Specialist HR Apps (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Job Description:

We are a dynamic US-based staffing BPO looking to hire a skilled Zoho Implementation Specialist with a strong background in HR applications, specifically Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently implement, configure, and optimize Zoho systems to support business processes and remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional workflows within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Configure modules, automate HR processes, set up workflows, and create custom reports and dashboards.
• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools and internal systems as needed.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and training to HR and recruitment teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve system usability and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho HR modules.
• Proven experience in Zoho implementation, customization, and automation (Blueprints, Deluge scripting, workflows, integrations).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to manage Zoho integrations via APIs and webhooks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strongco mmunication skills; ability to interact with US-based teams and clients.
• Prior experience working in a staffing or recruitment environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (Zoho People/Zoho Recruit/Zoho CRM) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, or other Zoho One apps.
• Familiarity with US labor laws and compliance standards (a plus).
