Job summary

Avis Budget Group, based in Warwick, RI, is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to keep Zipcar fleets clean, maintained, and ready for members. You’ll travel around the city by foot, bike, public transit, or Zipcar to position vehicles where needed and coordinate towing or repairs as required.

You will be part of our Fleet Operations Team, performing tire changes, fueling, cleaning, and coordinating vehicle transport. Outdoor work and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong time management to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
