Job summary

CSA Global LLC in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Splunk Systems Administrator to support our Navy client onsite. The role focuses on maintaining Splunk Enterprise deployments across classified and unclassified environments, with emphasis on Zero Trust architecture and secure system design.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Splunk administration experience, knowledge of DISA STIGs, Linux hardening, and scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience, including Splunk in distributed environments.
• Hands-on Splunk Enterprise administration in indexers, search heads, and forwarders.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and security hardening.
• Experience with DISA STIGs and Linux security.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Navy DoD/federal environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Splunk Enterprise deployments across classified and unclassified environments.
• Architect and implement Splunk solutions that support Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate diverse log sources to enable comprehensive visibility aligned with Zero Trust architecture.
• Develop and optimize correlation searches, alerts, and dashboards for security and ops use cases.
• Support the Zero Trust framework by enabling telemetry for identity, device posture, and access control validation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to map Splunk capabilities to DoD/Federal frameworks.
