Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join our Technology Services team and advance our Zero Trust security architecture. This role focuses on hands-on implementation, evaluation of Zero Trust solutions, and development of identity, access management, and privileged access controls.

You will collaborate across infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to design secure access policies and automate security processes, helping Atwell strengthen its security posture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering or IAM.
• Hands-on experience implementing Zero Trust in an enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: RBAC, MFA, SSO.
• Experience with authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Atwell's Zero Trust security architecture.
• Evaluate Zero Trust solutions and select best-fit technologies.
• Engineer IAM solutions: authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Develop secure access policies for users, devices, apps, and third parties.
• Implement privileged access controls and least-privilege models.
• Strengthen endpoint security and cloud security controls.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
