Job summary

Xage Security is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver customized cybersecurity integrations for Industrial Control Systems. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guide deployments, and collaborate with product and engineering to align solutions with customer objectives.

Responsibilities include first-line support, customer training, and mapping business needs to technical features, with travel up to 30% and a focus on federal sector customers across North America.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years designing cybersecurity solutions for IAM/PAM and ICS networks.
• Experience deploying network security controls in industrial networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients as a trusted advisor for customized ICS cybersecurity integrations.
• Lead first-line support for customer requests and coordinate with engineering.
• Provide training to customers on deploying Xage solutions.
• Map customer needs to features and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen key accounts, especially in federal sector.
• Identify gaps in product functionality and work with product/engineering to address them.
