Job summary

Capital Solutions Group is seeking a Zero Trust Systems Engineer in the Ft. Meade, MD area to support ICAM/Zero Trust initiatives. The role involves defining capabilities, architecture design, and risk assessments within the ZT ICAM team and with capability teams to meet security mandates.

The candidate will create documentation, assist development teams with requirements and testing, and provide industry and DoD policy guidance to ensure secure implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ICAM/Zero Trust architectures and risk assessments.
• Ability to translate requirements into CONOPS and system architectures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ICAM/Zero Trust team with capabilities/requirements definition.
• Contribute to architecture design, tech assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation and guides.
• Assist software developers with requirements tracking and sprint planning.
• Provide technical expertise in DoD and industry standards.
