Job summary

All Native Group, a division of Ho Chunk, Incorporated, seeks an exceptional Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls across the CBO cloud, network, and endpoint environments. The role enforces Zero Trust principles and strengthens security posture in alignment with NIST SP 800-53 and 800-207.

The engineer will support incident response, monitoring, and continuous risk assessments in a hybrid on-site/off-site setting with proximity to Navy

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-207 controls.
• Clear understanding of IAM, PAM, MFA concepts and Zero Trust architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage centralized logging, monitoring, and auditing with SIEM/EDR/XDR.
• Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and RMF-aligned risk analysis.
• Harden systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and ensure change-management discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture and incident response.
