Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems.
• 7+ years in direct design and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity architectures.
• Led architectural design of major IT security projects with deep Zero Trust, cloud security, and NIST frameworks expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a Zero Trust Architecture roadmap for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Act as chief architect in major IT implementation efforts, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior staff.
• Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with government or organizational standards like NIST SP 800-207.
